Battlestar Galactica is a story about a large spaceship called Galactica, which leads a fleet of rag tag ships with the last known survivors of the human kind. An evil race of robots called Cylons destroyed their twelve home planets. Those twelve colonies were settled by twelve tribes of humans from the planet Kobol. Galactica, as the last surviving battlestar from the Cylon attack of the colonies, leads all the surviving people in search for a new planet to live on. But the Cylons are still on their tail, with human extinction as their goal... However, there is an old legend that tells of a thirteenth tribe from the planet Kobol that settled a planet, which just happened to be called, yes you guessed it Earth. So with Earth as their only hope, they set off across space, finding clues here and there of that Earth actually exists.
